GOOD FRIDAY

Everthing good friday Antiguans enjoy a traditional dish: SALTFISH also known as cod fish, serve with DUCANA (coconut, cinnamon, sweet potatoe, suger, nutmeg, villana extract and raisins) and CHOP-UP (spinach and okra)
